Pizza is such a fun way to get the kids involved and hands on with their meal. If they help make it, chances are a lot better they're going to eat it. There are a ton of different ways to make pizza, and since I was a kid making it on pita bread has been a personal favourite. A whole wheat pita provides a thin, crisp crust. It bakes quickly, which is a plus when in a time crunch, it freezes really easily, so you can pop it out of the freezer and defrost in minutes, and lastly, is a low cal alternative to crust that you can feel better about eating.
